Fermented in stainless steel tanks and cement. This young wine, does the malolactic and is allowed to rest in the reservoirs several months where it stabilizes naturally. Before bottling it lightly clarifies and then spends almost a year of aging in the cellar before going to market, this helps to balance the wine making it a fresh, round and very representative wine every year.
Medium intensity in glass and cherry color, bright and clean. The nose is fresh and fruity, it is where the aromas of red fruits and floral touches predominate. There are also balsamic touches and the typical mineral character of the Priorat. In the mouth has a fresh entry and good acidity compensated with the alcoholic degree, a long mouth end and mineral.
The grape comes from a farm of Gratallops, located in the Les Manyetes Parade that we planted in 2008. Oriented half to south-east with morning sun and half to south-west with afternoon sun. A vineyard of 0.64 ha in terraces, with 2,150 vineyards, formed in royat double ropes with three heads per arm the strain that balances it, the rest shorter and less productive. Very hard black slate soil, also known as "ferral stone". Regulated production, the few treatments of sulfur powder and copper sulphate powder at the right moment have helped to obtain a quality grape. Plowing three times a year and cleaning the logs by digging and weeding.

The balance achieved from the plant has given us in 7 years a wine so fine, almost as if it were an old vineyard. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tub with 2 pigagge per day and macerated a moon, soft pressing and aging in French oak for 13 months.
13 months in French oak
Attractive ruby red color and beige colored edges, with tear marks of slow fall. Intense, fresh and suggestive aromas. It opens slowly with light spices and pleasant toast, the fruit of its aging in wood. Once opened, a lot of very ripe red fruit, with a marked cherry, intermingled with intense mineral memories. In the background, we find a wide range of wild herbs of Mediterranean forest. Wide and enveloping. Long and silky texture. Tannins round, very tasty. Long and persistent.
