 The figure of the Parcera.

 

Vinyes 7 pams was born from the idea of ​​"do it yourself", we are three friends who started in the world of wine to defend our own project, vinifying historical varieties of the Penedès Garraf territory from organic viticulture. We are convinced that organic viticulture achieves a higher quality of fruit and therefore a better product for making wines, and needless to say, better for the environment and the landscape. The 7 palms are reminiscent of the old measure between rows of vines, adapted to animal traction. We work with historical varieties from our environment and together with the Agrovivers Ràfols we will try to recover (if we have enough time and things are going well enough for us), old varieties from our area to vinify them. With the Parceres line we want to make a popular and versatile product that we like, that we are ultimately the ones who have to defend it without losing a broader vision, that is, a product that you may like people whatever their degree of exigency in the face of a wine.

The figure of the Parcera is the worker of the land of a third party in exchange for a part of the harvest. With Parceres we want to express the nuances of wine in a very subtle way and at the same time with a strong personality, like that of women who work hard in the field.

Aromatic, fresh in the mouth and with the strength of white fruit. Balanced and versatile to enjoy as an aperitif or with a meal

Winemaking

 

Elaboration: Harvested by hand. Fermentation in a stainless steel vat for 9 months and aging for no less than 6 months in glass. Little addition of sulfur.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of red and ripe fruit ra. Slight acidity and mild persistence. Gastronomic, balanced and versatile wine.

PARCERES CUPATGE ECOLÓGIC

40% Garnatxa Negra, 30% Ull de Llebre i 30% de Samsó.

Tasting Notes

Aro- evocative of ripe fruit. Glycerin, aromatic herbs and spices such as rosemary, white pepper and candied onions stand out in the mouth.

    Our geographical area: Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sitges and Vilafranca del Penedès.

  • Garnatxa

    Black varieties such as grenache are found at higher altitudes.

  • Terroir

     The soils are moderately deep and have a clear clay texture, with the presence of limestone increasing the lower the altitude.

  • Hand Harvesting

    He vineyard is taken during all the year with great care, avoiding the overproduction and, above all, managing the most of the scarcity of water, since they do not have the irrigation systems.  The harvest is done manually, in boxes of no more than 15 kilos.

  • Micro Vinifications

    Due to the low production we produce, we carry out micro-vinification, in stainless steel deposits
